Satisfaction Guaranteed

PCE Fitness guarantees full customer satisfaction on all TEKK products. If you are not fully satisfied you may return your unit (in the original package, freight prepaid) to us for a full refund or credit (less actual shipping, delivery and/or assembly charges). Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from PCE Fitness.

To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must obtain an approved RMA within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition, with freight prepaid. You must prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Customers should retain the original packing material for at least 30 days, in the event the unit is to be returned.

Return pickups are only made Monday through Friday during normal business hours. No weekend or evening pickups are possible.
